Fuel poverty & energy affordability

The impact of the cost-of-living crisis means thousands of people in our region may be choosing between heating and eating.

Our VCMA projects work to help lift customers out of fuel poverty. They offer short-term crisis intervention and longer-term solutions such as energy efficiency advice and income maximisation.
