Helping vulnerable customers stay
safe & warm
Case study
When our engineers are called to a gas or carbon monoxide escape and discover an unsafe appliance or boiler, they must disconnect the appliance or supply to ensure the customer’s safety.
For customers with challenging medical, financial or personal circumstances, VCMA funding can provide vital support.
If a customer is eligible for support, we can provide enhanced carbon monoxide investigations, appliance servicing and if needed repair or replace any faulty appliances and pipework, taking away the stress and worry of needing to source a Gas Safe engineer.
We want to deliver a great experience, so work is managed by our in-house team and delivered by our own Gas Safe engineers and carefully chosen contract partners.
Understanding the customer and their needs, we are there for them throughout their journey with us ensuring their supply and appliances are restored quickly.
10 out of 10 customer support
Our engineers were called out to the property of an elderly gentleman living alone. They discovered his boiler was dangerous and not working correctly.
Within three days we had checked his eligibility for support and installed a new boiler.
The customer, who was unwell and had poor sight and mobility issues, was relieved and so happy that he gave the team behind the work a 10/10 satisfaction score
