DIAL Leeds will provide tailored one-to-one energy and fuel poverty support for disabled people, helping those with complex needs overcome issues and access assistance that is often difficult to reach. This project will support people with physical and sensory impairments, learning disabilities and / or long-term conditions including mental health issues.
