Community Partnering Fund
Our shareholder funded Community Partnering Fund provides seed funding to grassroots community groups to support customers in vulnerable situations.
Successful projects from this fund may have the opportunity to expand and receive funding through Ofgem’s Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance (VCMA).
Supporting vulnerable households
Worth £300,000 between 2026 and 2031, this fund provides grants to local charities and community organisations in our region to deliver support to vulnerable households living in fuel poverty.
The fund also supports projects focused on providing energy advice, advocacy and support services, raising awareness of the Priority Services Register (PSR), and educating the public about the dangers of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and measures to stay safe.
This fund opens will open for the next round of applications in autumn/winter 2026.
Since 2021 we’ve supported communities across our operating area with more than £285,000 invested to support customers with access to safe, warm and affordable energy.
