The annual summary sets out how we have continued to build on our evolving culture of innovation in 2025/26.
It explains how we’ve used both our Network Innovation Allowance (NIA) and Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) to undertake essential research and identify opportunities to develop new products, methodologies and services, investing in market ready solutions and introducing new ways of working into our business as usual operations.
