Community Action Northumberland (CAN) – Warm Hub National Coordinator Role

The Warm Hub Toolkit will be made available to NGN, its stakeholders, and GDNs nationwide to support the consistent delivery of Warm Hubs. Funding will support a dedicated coordinator role to ensure all Warm Hubs established through the toolkit adhere to the proven Northumberland model and its standards.
