Groundwork Yorkshire Limited – Awaretag

The project between Groundwork Yorkshire’s Green Doctor service and Aware Technologies will use data-driven, people-centred approaches to identify and support vulnerable households across social homes in West Yorkshire. The project aims to tackle fuel poverty, financial hardship, poor health, damp and mould, and energy inefficiency, while supporting a fair transition to net zero.
