The GP Partnering Pilot brings together GP practices, Public Health, and the council’s Warm Homes Team to identify and support vulnerable households at risk of cold-related ill health and carbon monoxide poisoning. Through direct engagement, providing CO safety awareness and fuel poverty advice.
