Following extensive analysis of The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority’s (GEMA) Final Determination on the RIIO-GD3 Licence Modifications, published 3 February 2026, the Board of Gas distributor Northern Gas Networks (NGN) unanimously decided to appeal the outcome to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
The appeal was submitted on 3 March 2026, and the outcome was published on 29 October 2026.
