Full terms and conditions:

  1. Entry is only available to individuals who complete the form sent by post to their address or the online form accessed via the NGN URL provided on the mail out. Individuals must be 18 years old or more. To be eligible for inclusion, the completed form must be received by Northern Gas Networks no later than Friday 30th October 2020. The prize draw is not open to employees of Northern Gas Networks, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter.
  3. All completed forms (as defined above) are eligible for entry into the prize draw.
  4. Only one entry per person per household is permitted.
  5. All Entrants go into the draw to win £250 Love2shop vouchers.
  6. All participants eligible for inclusion will be included in one the prize draw.
  7. One winner will be selected at random.
  8. The prize draw will be conducted at Northern Gas Networks, 1100 Century Way, Thorpe Park Business Park, Colton, Leeds LS15 8TU.
  9. The prize draw will be conducted on Friday 13th November 2020.
  10. One winner will be selected at random by a member of Northern Gas Networks who has had no prior involvement in the prize draw process.
  11. The winner will receive £250 Love2shop vouchers.
  12. The prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
  13. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five working days of the prize draw taking place.
  14. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize. In the event that the claim for a prize is not claimed within the 14 days, Northern Gas Networks reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement. then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Northern Gas Networks will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above
  15. The decision of Northern Gas Networks as to who has been awarded the prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  16. Northern Gas Networks reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Northern Gas Network’s control makes it necessary to do so
  17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior explicit consent. Personal Data will be processed in accordance with Northern Gas Network’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at Personal Data Privacy Notice.
  18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Northern Gas Networks reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  19. Northern Gas Networks reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
