Stakeholder engagement

Maintaining a regular dialogue with our stakeholders ensures we stay focused on the things that really matter to the region.

These conversations, formal and informal, in person and online, give us valuable insights into how we should be delivering our core services and our community work.

Over the past year, we have further developed our stakeholder engagement programme.

We’ve reached out to stakeholders who have been previously under-represented in our programme, such as gas shippers; we’ve developed a comprehensive programme of engagement around the future of energy; we’ve developed new, more engaging ways of sourcing feedback and we have begun to talking to stakeholders about their priorities for the years ahead – ensuing our next business plan is truly representative.
