Stakeholder engagement

Maintaining a regular dialogue with our stakeholders ensures we stay focused on the things that really matter to the region.

These conversations, formal and informal, in person and online, give us valuable insights into how we should be delivering our core services and our community work.

We’re currently developing our next business plan, from 2021-2026, and will be consulting widely with our customers and stakeholders over the coming months, to make sure this plan reflects the region’s priorities.
