Customer Engagement Group

The Customer Engagement Group (CEG) is an independent panel whose role is to act as a champion for customers across the network.

The CEG will:

  • Help shape NGN’s business plan
  • Ensure that the needs of millions of customers are reflected in the services they receive
  • Contribute to both the local and national drive to innovate and decarbonise the UK’s energy mix
  • Promote the economic growth of the North of England

Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in joining the CEG.  Members have now been officially appointed and they’ll be scrutinising and challenging our plans to make sure they truly reflect what customers want and need and ensuring we continue to deliver in the areas that matter to the region going forward.
