Customer Engagement Group

Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in joining the Customer Engagement Group (CEG). Applications are now being considered and we look forward to announcing the membership of the group shortly.

The CEG is an independent panel whose role is to act as a champion for customers across the network.

The CEG will:

  • Help shape NGN’s business plan
  • Ensure that the needs of millions of customers are reflected in the services they receive
  • Contribute to both the local and national drive to innovate and decarbonise the UK’s energy mix
  • Promote the economic growth of the North of England
