Environmental Determinations
On occasion, Northern Gas Networks needs to carry out work in areas where the Gas Transporters Pipe-Line Works (Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 1999, apply. In these instances, Northern Gas Networks has a responsibility to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment and to seek appropriate authorisation from the Secretary of State prior to work starting.The results of recent Environmental Determinations will be published here:
