Alex Wiseman

Alex Wiseman is Regulation Director of Northern Gas Networks. Prior to taking that position he was Head of Strategic Planning within United Utilities for seven years, responsible for business planning and providing strategic input to Board decisions.

This followed two years as a project finance manager in the International division of UU, before which he was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand for 11 years, providing advice to a wide range of businesses and to various Government departments.  He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, an MSc in operational research and a management accountancy qualification.
