Alterations

You can request an alteration to your existing gas service. This work is typically required when you are going to build on top of the existing gas supply or when you require the route of the gas supply and/or meter position to be changed.

Northern Gas Networks and our agents operate to a comprehensive set of customer service standards. We work to ensure the correct pipe is safely installed in the ground, at the agreed time, to the accepted quality and specification in the most cost-effective way.
