Andrew John Hunter, Chairman
Mr Hunter is the Deputy Managing Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited. He is also an Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited and a non-Executive Director of Spark Infrastructure Group.

Mr Hunter holds a Master of Arts degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Institue of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark Horsley
Mark Horsley took up the role of Chief Executive Officer of Northern Gas Networks on January 4th, 2011. He has more than 30 years experience in the energy industry and was previously a Partner at EC Harris, an international built asset consultancy. Prior to that he was a Director at Scottish Power. Mark Horsley is originally from York and began his career as an apprentice with the North Eastern Electricity Board. He rose through the ranks to become the President and Chief Operating Officer of CE Electric UK in 2003, running the Yorkshire and Northern power distribution businesses, gas operations in Poland and Australia and a power contracting business in the UK and Ireland.

Kam Hing Lam
Mr Kam is Group Managing Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited. He is also Deputy Managing Director of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited, the President and Chief Executive Officer of CK Life Sciences International (Holdings) Inc, an Executive Director of Hutchison Whampoa Limited and of Power Assets Holdings Limited.

Mr Kam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Neil McGee
Mr McGee is the managing director of Hutchison Whampoa Luxembourg Holdings S.a.r.l. and a non executive director of Power Assets Holdings Limited.

Mr McGee has worked with the Hutchison Whampoa Group since 1978 holding various legal, corporate secretarial and finance positions.

Duncan Macrae
Mr Macrae is Headof International Business for Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited. He joined the Cheung Kong Group in February 2011. He was previously Regional Head of the Infrastructure Group at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. He has more than 17 years experience in the infrastructure investment field.

He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Pembroke College, University of Oxford.

Yuen Sui See
Mr Yuen is Director of Operations of Power Assets Holdings Limited.

Mr Yuen has over 30 years of experience in the electricity industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer.

Chan Loi Shun
Mr Chan is an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited and a Director of Envestra Limited.  He is also an Executive Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited, an Alternate Director to Mr. Kam Hing Lam, an Executive Director of the Company, and a Director of The Hongkong Electric Company, Limited.

He joined Hutchison Whampoa Limited in January 1992 and has been with the Cheung Kong Group since May 1994.  Mr Chan has over 28 years experience in accounting and financial management.

He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Wan Chi Tin
Mr Wan is the Group Managing Director of Power Assets Holdings Limited. He has worked for the Group since 1978. Mr Wan has 40 years of experience in the power industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is also a Chartered Engineer.
