David Waite is Head of Taxation & Corporate Services. He joined Northern Gas Networks from National Grid plc, where he was Group Tax Manager – Corporate, before which he was a Director with Deloitte and Touche, and Head of Taxation at Yorkshire Electricity.

David has also worked in senior financial positions in the corporate head offices of major multinational infrastructure companies including National Grid plc and The BOC Group. In addition, he spent 10 years in the accountancy profession most recently as a provider of tax advice to mutinationals.
