As part of a continuing programme to improve the standard of service we offer to our customers, we have implemented a Customer Impression Card. This card is left with our customers following completion of gas maintenance work at their property or in their street.

As a thank you to the customer for taking the time to complete the card, we ask them to nominate a charity of their choice. All returned cards are entered into a monthly draw and we donate £50 to the chosen charity.
