Northern Gas Networks is proud to deliver gas to the communities it serves. As an organisation we are keen to develop closer links with those communities.

While our overriding business objective has to be the delivery of safe and continuous supplies of gas across the region, we are keen to enhance that by providing support to local groups and organisations.

We plan to work in partnership with the region's communities and its grassroots organisations, to forge closer links, delivering meaningful benefits. We will also support our employees who are activity involved in their communities.

Additionally, Northern Gas Networks will develop sustainable relationships with the business communities and representative organisations across Yorkshire, the North East and northern Cumbria.

We are one of the largest businesses in the region and have a contribution to make to local, regional and national levels. We will have an outward looking approach to the region, and will engage fully with the communities we serve and demonstrate we are a responsible corporate citizen.
