COMPENSATION PAYMENTS
FOLLOWING THE GAS SUPPLY INCIDENT IN CROOK

Northern Gas Networks would like to apologise to anyone whose home or business was affected by the gas supply incident on February 12.

This was an exceptional incident which affected around 6,500 customers.

Compensation payments are currently being processed.

It is inevitable that some will have queries about the amount of compensation they’ll receive.

We understand this and we want to make sure people get what they’re entitled to.
