Our engineers have completed work to repair a damaged gas main the village of Blennerhasset in Wigton, Cumbria, after it was damaged by a third party on Saturday, September 21.

Around seventy people were without gas for several hours, but supplies were restored by Saturday evening.

A spokesperson from Northern Gas Networks said: We’d like to thank customers for bearing with us during these essential repairs.”
